-Had an AMAZING experience with Jorge. We weren't really sure on what location but he was super patient with us and went all over town. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything going on every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions we had. He really made us feel like he was there for us 100% of the time. After we closed he still checked in on us to make sure we were happy and didn't have any more questions. We will definitely be calling him again in the future. Manuel Ojeda
-Jorge was the ONLY professional that did consistent follow up. He took me through every step, described what to expect, notified me of changes and was there for me, answering my questions and calls promptly. He was there for me! no question was trivial, and he always made time to address concerns. He's courteous, very professional, and willing to show me properties promptly. He's market-savvy, and was willing to work within my budget to find me a safe and affordable home. I've already referred him to friends and I would use him again for future real estate transactions. Sherry Bumpus
-Our first meeting with Jorge was to help us understand the home buying process, he explained in detail each step and what to expect during our search for our first home. We started pre-approval that same day and within 48 hours we were off to see some homes. Jorge sent us new properties to view daily keeping in mind our budget and preferred locations. We looked at several homes over the next month which he accompanied us on everyone. He was always on hand to give suggestions on how to make improvements if necessary also when to pass on a house. When we found the house we wanted, Jorge help us carefully craft an offer that was both in best financial interests as well as not insulting to the seller. Jorge was an absolute pleasure to work with and made us feel very comfortable about such a stressful process. If we ever decide to sell, we'll be contacting Jorge first thing. Adam Pytkin
-Jorge is a true professional! In facilitating the recent sale of our property, Jorge represented our interest with steadfast and unwavering attention to detail. He maintained regular communication with us, ensuring that we were involved in every step of the process. Sellers are often challenged with cash up-front to make needed improvements and repairs - in our case, we invested about $30,000. Jorge's expansive relationships in the industry coupled with his reputation as a professional with great integrity enabled him to secure contractors for us who agreed to be paid for their work at or after closing. His calculations were spot on and in the end the closing was a delightful experience, due much in part to his ability to negotiate our interest in a respectful and diligent manner. Virginia Ortiz
-Had a great experience with Jorge with my condo purchase. I wasn't 100% sure of the area I wanted to be in but he was patient and worked with me to focus on what was important. We found the ideal place for me and the transaction process was very smooth/friendly. I never felt any pressure and a big, scary event turned out to be a lot of fun. Scott Snyder
