This was a summer get away spot for the family, and now the parents are gone. The infrastructure still remains, propane tank, indoor cistern, some out buildings, and a rock lined drive. Beautiful views, quiet, and peaceful this needs some work, some dry rot, new roofing, etc. Close to the Sanchez Reservoir for fishing and boating.
