About 15 minutes from the town of San Luis. From San Luis head south on hwy 159 6 miles (8 min) to the Sanchez Stabilization Reservoir/ Fishing lake on the right. You will see an unnamed, straight road intersect on the left with a power line coming down the road from the Mesa. Turn left onto this road. This is the Powerline Road.
