Tract 7 Buck Tail Trail
A BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS PROPERTY WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS on the Wild Horse Mesa, and with the Sanchez Reservoir is just around the bend! This parcel is rather pie shaped, narrower at the top and sprawling at the bottom. From the lower, a ‘road’ was cut in years ago and would make an ideal driveway, a loop off the driveway was cut in and served as a campsite. The lower portion of the property is fairly level and provides many excellent house site possibilities. Wild horses roam this property too. Plenty of trees exist to provide interest and privacy, but not so many as to block the Eastern view of the Sangre de Cristos, which is the southern most subrange of the Rocky Mountains. The Sangre de Cristos sometimes provide an unusual phenomenon. Their name ‘Sangre de Cristo’ translates to ‘Blood of Christ’. Though they are to the East, when the sunsets, they are known to turn pink and in effect – provide the viewer with two majestical sunsets!
